Exchange Policy (5 Days Exchange)

We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues, wrong product, or damaged product received
  • No Return & No Refund Policy – We only provide exchanges
  • Only one exchange is free per order
  • Any additional exchange will be charged ₹150 per slipper

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • Exchange policy may change without prior notice
  • If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product to our address
  • Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case
  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 24–48 hours after pickup

Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed (for hygiene reasons)
  • Product must have original packaging and tags intact
  • Items without original tags will not be accepted
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Requests must be raised within the specified return/exchange period
