Only exchange requests are accepted for all orders. No returns are accepted


Only one exchange is free. Following that charge, each exchange (per Slipper) will be 150 rupees.


Cancellation Policy:

 

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled using our website

 

Return Policy:

 

1. Returns or exchanges are available for selected products only; the return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.

2.    In the event that we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

3. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

4. A refund will be initiated after Return Pickup from the customer's address. Refund processes take 24-48 hours.

5. You can cancel your order before we dispatch.

6. If we do not find a genuine explanation, we can cancel the return request. 

7. If we do not find a valid reason, we may refuse the return request. 

8. The Company will have the final say on whether to accept the return or not.

 

 

NOTE FOR RETURN

 

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

• Return or exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (refer to the product page) will not be accepted.
