Exchange Policy (5 Days Exchange)
We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues, wrong product, or damaged product received
- No Return & No Refund Policy – We only provide exchanges
- Only one exchange is free per order
- Any additional exchange will be charged ₹150 per slipper

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

- If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product to our address
- Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 24–48 hours after pickup

Conditions for Return/Exchange
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and unwashed (for hygiene reasons)
- Product must have original packaging and tags intact
- Items without original tags will not be accepted
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange
- Requests must be raised within the specified return/exchange period
